We are here for you if you have been affected by human trafficking or are unsure whether what you have experienced can be identified as human trafficking. You may have experienced terrible things – violence, exploitation, coercion or control. You need to know that you are not to blame. No one has the right to exploit you or take away your freedom.

Human trafficking is a crime. You have the right to protection, help and a life in safety, regardless of whether you cooperate with the authorities or not. We are here to support you!

Our services are free of charge, confidential and, if you wish, available without providing any personal data.

We accompany you on your journey – step by step, at your own pace. We listen to you, take you seriously and help you regain control of your life.

We support you, for example, through:

• Initial consultations – by phone, chat or mail. You decide what you want to share.
• Referral to personal support – to specialist counseling centres for victims of human trafficking in your area.
• Referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities – if you wish, we can put you in touch with the relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Information about your rights – so that you know what options you have.
• Empowerment and support – so that you can take control of your life again.

• We offer counseling in German and English, and in other languages by prior appointment.
• Everything you tell us remains confidential and is subject to professional secrecy.
