Our Offer

The Bavarian Anti-Trafficking HELPline acts as a point of contact for suspected cases of human trafficking.

Contact can be made by (potential) victims of human trafficking, their relatives, friends, acquaintances or professionals.

The concerns are dealt with by trained counsellors via phone, chat or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and, if necessary, forwarded to the appropriate authority (support services, authorities, etc.).

The advice and referral services are free of charge and, if desired, do not require the provision of personal data.

The Bavarian Anti-Trafficking HELPline is also aimed at anyone who has a ‘bad feeling’ but does not know where to turn. The aim is to educate and raise awareness among the population about human trafficking and to provide support to victims who have not yet had access to the support system.

A written report of suspicion can be submitted using the online form. This allows you to report a suspicion or observation without providing personal data and without coming into direct contact with the counselors. The report will then be evaluated by the Bavarian Ant-Trafficking HELPline team and forwarded accordingly.
